Natural Landscapes
The landscapes I paint are reminiscent of a particular time and place. This series is of natural subjects: water, rocks, trees, and fields. They convey specific moods that relate to how I felt when I was there. My most recent series is of the Evanston Lakefront. Evanston is on the shore of Lake Michigan. I am inspired by how the color of the water changes like a chameleon. It reflects the sky as the clouds roil across the it.
